Chardonnay, produced the way the Auvigue brothers do in southern Burgundy has become a very tough 'sell' in the last while. At VinExpo in June 2001 we were mightily impressed once again by the rare, delicate, high qualiity of their portfolio. The trick is to find the quorum of diserning customers to make itheir wines available the the aribtrarily restictive consignment system in Ontario. Sadly, we have only one Auvigue wine in stock currently.
